RESPONSIBILITIES: Mr. Hodge is chiefly responsible for the sourcing, assessment and underwriting of the Firm’s transaction selection and deal execution. Through his existing relationships with tenants, land owners and developers, Mr. Hodge provides the link between the Firm’s capital sources and tenant or developer/operator clients.

EXPERIENCE: Over the past years, Mr. Hodge has placed the equity, debt and/or fee ownership in a diverse range of real estate product types. Mr. Hodge is a principal in various retail, office, resort, lodging and leisure related real estate investments.

EDUCATION: Mr. Hodge is a graduate of the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, where he received his degree in Accounting. Mr. Hodge also holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Georgia School of Law, and is a member of both the Atlanta and Georgia Bar Associations.
